EDINBURG, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — City of Edinburg residents attended the annual State of the City Address by current Mayor Richard Garcia to hear about the accomplishments and future plans for their city. The mayor mentioned that the city plans to expand infrastructure to keep up with the rapid growth the city has seen the last few years.
