Police in Edcouch found the woman and her four children who they believed were in danger.
On Friday her and her children were found and the children were taken into the care of Child Protective Services. The woman's common-law husband, Trinidad Romero, is still missing. Police say he's facing several felony charges for dousing his wife in gasoline and threatening to set her and the children on fire if she left him. Police say he is likely an illegal immigrant and that is making their search more difficult. He's 5'5" tall with spikey black hair.
A tip led police to the woman and her children and if you know where to find Romero, call Edcouch police at 956.262.3004.
