McAllen Mayor Richard Cortez met with city and community leaders to give the 2010 State of the City Address.

This year's address was themed "McAllen goes Green - Sustain, Recycle, Conserve" which highlighted the city's initiative to go green. Cortez also addressed issues like the city's economy and job growth.
