President Obama's new budget is now in the hands of Congress and the $3.83 trillion dollar budget has tax cuts for businesses, help for the unemployed and money for state governments.
The budget would also raise taxes for families making more than $250,000 dollars a year and increase the federal deficit to a record breaking 1.56 trillion dollars. President Obama blames that number on decisions made by the former administration.
