Driver uninjured after vehicle catches fire
BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — The driver of a car was unharmed after something exploded under the vehicle's hood and caught on fire.
It happened as he was driving down Central Avenue, near Jefferson Street, at about 11a.m. on Thursday.
The fire department was able to respond quickly to the call and put out the flames within 20 minutes as police redirected traffic in the area.
