A 25 year-old pleads guilty in a Cameron county courtroom to intoxicated manslaughter. Jesus Mejia pleaded guilty to intoxication manslaughter and tampering with evidence. Police say in March of 2008 he hit and killed 16 year-old Angel Rodriguez in the 1700 block of Morningside.
