BROWNSVILLE - A Cameron county jury has found Luis Garcia guilty of driving drunk for the seventh time.

Garcia was spotted by an officer driving under the influence on Central Avenue last year for the seventh time. The District Attorney's office says Garcia has a long rap sheet and served prison time for a 1980 murder conviction and has been arrested more than twenty times for public intoxication.
