A man charged with manslaughter has been arraigned after killing 37 year-old Los Fresnos man who was traveling on a motorcycle.

Gary Lee Gonzales has been charged with the death of the motorcyclist in a accident that happened on Sunday evening. The victim was leaving his job, located near CRS and Parades Line road, when Gonzales ran a red light and struck the victim. The name of the victim has not been released and Gonzales bond has been set at $100,000 dollars.
