The Cameron County Sheriff's Department arrested 32 year-old Adan Rostro, a DPS trooper, Friday evening at his home in San Benito and charged the trooper with two counts of indecency with a child. Sheriff Omar Lucio says the victim is a girl in her early teens and Rostro's bond was set at $70,000 dollars.
