(WDIV) Dozens of people were rescued, and even some jumped to safety, early Wednesday morning on Detroit, Michigan's west side when a massive fire broke out in an apartment building.

Flames overtook the Jason Manor apartment building, near Schoolcraft and Outer Drive.

Fire officials on the scene said 25 people were rescued and four people were taken to the hospital.
