Accused puppy mill operator climbs into cage in attempt to clear his name. Alex de Armas reports.

(WBBH) Five dogs have been rescued from what officials are calling a "puppy mill situation" in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

"I can fit in this pen, but they said it's too little for a dog," said Arthur Safford, who owns the dogs.

Safford even climbed into one of the pens to prove his point.

Safford is accused of keeping five dogs in appalling conditions, but he says he did nothing wrong.
