BROWNSVILLE — Cameron County District Attorney Armando Villalobos has petitioned the federal court to have the charges against him dismissed. Villalobos is accused of selling out his office for favorable rulings in former 404th District Judge Abel Limas. There's been no action on the request for dismissal.
