After agreeing to a plea deal, with the man who killed Brownsville Museum Director Barry Horn, Cameron county District Attorney Armando Villalobos spoke with NewsCenter 23 on his thoughts on the case.

Martinez pled no contest just an hour before jury selection was scheduled to start on Monday afternoon and District Attorney Villalobos says he's satisfied with the sentencing. Martinez was given a life prison with the possibility of parole in 30 years and D.A. Villalobos says the likelihood of Martinez ever getting out of prison is very slim.

Mr. Villalobos also stated that Horn's family is satisfied with the sentencing as well and all they wanted was closure on the case and bring the man who killed their loved one to justice.
