Customs and Border Protection Willing to Meet with Landowners

South Texas residents who's land could be taken over by federal authorities for the controversial border fence will get a chance to talk with federal officials about the project.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is offering to meet with the landowners and the state and local liaison said that affected landowners can contact the Assistant U.S. Attorney assigned to their case to request a private meeting or possible tour of the border fence site.
