They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well how about $200,00 dollars.

Customs officers discovered heroin in a picture frame that a 17 year-old female and her infant son had with them and where passengers in a taxi coming from Matamoros. It happened at the Gateway International bridge when a narcotic dog alerted officers to the taxi and found two and half pounds of heroin within the picture frame.

ICE agents turned the 17 year-old female over to the Brownsville Police Department for processing on state drug charges.
