Hidalgo man arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine

The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office Street Level Drug Unit arrested Anthony Ozuna/D.O.B 12-27-95 for possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Marijuana (Felony).

Information was received that Ozuna was selling drugs from his residence located at 3710 Molly, Edinburg, Texas. Seized during the raid was 5 large bundles of Marijuana weighing 186 lbs and 13 baggies of cocaine packaged for sale. Ozuna was arraigned today, February 15, 2013 and bonds were set at 25,000.00 for Possession of Marijuana and 50,000.00 for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver.

Sheriff Trevino states, “street level dealers are a magnet for criminality, they support thieves and burglars and most of them will trade stolen items for the drugs. We will continue to pursue them with all of our resources.”
