A Brownsville woman with a criminal past is back behind bars, this time charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Police made the arrest thanks to a tip on their crime stopper hotline.

Police believe Elizabeth Villanueva was supplying drugs for distribution at a home in downtown Brownsville.
