BROWNSVILLE — Many residents of Brownsville gathered in downtown on Monday evening to see the 60th Annual Christmas parade. Marching bands, dancers and around 90 floats paraded down Elizabeth street and the parade was hosted by the city and the Charro Days Incorporated were involved in the planning.
