Charges upgraded to murder in shooting.

A man is now facing murder charges after the man he shot died from his injuries.
Johnny Rodriguez is the alleged shooter who in behind bars at the county jail with a $350,000 dollar bond. Officials say Rodriquez shot 30 year-old Oscar Ovalle in the head after a domestic dispute on November 6th at Village Circle in El Gato, a colonia south of Alamo. The death of Ovalle marks the 22nd murder in Hidalgo county this year.
