Robbers assault clerk with bug spray.

Police in Frankfort, Kentucky are looking for three suspects who used an unusual weapon to rob a gas station late Monday night.

Police say two women and a man walked into the Circle K on Schenkel Lane around 11:30 p.m.

They threatened the clerk, then sprayed her in the face with bug spray.

The trio got away with cash and cigarettes and drove off in a dark colored sedan.

EMS treated the victim for minor injuries.

The clerk told police one of the robbers was a white male with a goatee and glasses.
