Carlotta Kills 2, Weakens to Tropical Depression
Hurricane Carlotta has weakened to a tropical depression after battering Mexico's Pacific Coast.
At least two children died when a landslide caused their house collapse. Carlotta made landfall in the Southern state of Oaxaca yesterday and dumped heavy rain on villages in the mountains along the coast. Carlotta is the third named storm of the Pacific Hurricane season. The remnants of the storm are expected to remain over Southern Mexico for the next few days.
