Students at Valley school districts are meeting with professionals to help in their career decisions.
About 325 students from the Lyford Independent School District met with people from several businesses, organizations and colleges. Many wanted to learn about television journalism, its rewards and challenges. The students approached this career fair like a real interview. They are middle and high school kids who are very motivated and who also hold down jobs.
The Bulldogs and Bullpups met with other professionals including the medical field, law enforcement and armed forces.
