Government officials will meet next week in Arizona to discuss issues along the border in an effort to build a mayor bi-national association.

Brownsville City Mayor Pat Ahumada will represent the city at the conference which is scheduled for the 20th of this month. They plan to discuss major issues such as the border wall and ways to improve Customs and border protection. Mayors from Mexico will also be attending the conference and Mayor Ahumada hopes this will also improve communication with Mexican officials.
