Janie Mascorro, owner of Ceci's Fashion, turned herself in after police issued three warrants for her arrest. Mascorro has been charged with theft. She is accused of taking customers' money and not giving them the quincenceria dresses and accessories they paid for...
Mascorro is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
Last month we told you about Juana Cabrera, who says she was one of the victims. She said she paid several hundred dollars for a quinceanera dress for daughter and never got it.
She was supposed to get it back on May 7th.
"I am upset because the person receives my calls but doesn't answer them, when i go to the store it's closed." said Cabrera.

We talked again with Cabrera Tuesday on the phone. She says she still has not got her money back or the dress.
Since the three arrest warrants were issued 14 more complaints have been filed by customers who say they were ripped off.
"Because there are so many the investigators needs to talk to District Attorney to see if they are going to make one case, or how they want to work this out."said officer Jose Trevino.

Officer Jose Trevino says once a detective's investigation is completed the cases will be handed over to the district attorney's office.

"Do people have the chance of getting their money back and if so what would be the process? Once they go to court, if the judge orders restitution that it's a possibility now whether they get paid or she has the money to pay them I couldn't tell you that."

We tried contacting Mascorro. We dialed the number on a customer’s purchase order sheet and got this message.

"The cricket number you have called has been disconnected message 22."

We also tried a number a customer from Ceci's fashion gave us.

"You have reached the voicemail box.”
