PHARR - a Twenty year old man is arrested after a mother says he sexually assaulted her 15 year old daughter. The woman called the Pharr Police Department on Wednesday. The mother says her daughter met Andres Feliciano Escobedo at the Pharr Boys and Girls Club where he is a volunteer. The director of boys and girls club was contacted and he quickly acted in assisting with the investigation.
