Details were released about a woman being thrown from a car in Harlingen.

Her boyfriend, Guillermo Dragustinovis, is facing charges of family violence and his bond has been set at $20,000 dollars. He was upset with the woman during a argument and strangled and kicked her out of a moving car. The woman was 8 months pregnant and EMS took her to Valley Baptist Medical Center for treatment. Two hours later Dragustinovis turned himself in to Harlingen police at the police station.
