Woman finds neighbor inside her home wearing only his underwear.

Karyna Foster woke up to an intruder wearing nothing but underwear in her Ormond Beach, Florida home Wednesday morning.

Foster said she woke up around 7:00 a.m. after hearing a noise.

She found the man rifling through her silverware drawer.

He fled, but was still in the area when deputies arrived.

Charles Snowden, 41, was arrested minutes later.

Snowden told police he was looking for tennis balls for his friend's dog.

He also told them that he took his clothes off because he had gotten them wet while doing some pressure washing earlier in the day

He denied being at the victim's home, according to police.

He was booked into the Volusia County Branch in Daytona Beach on a charge of burglary of an occupied dwelling.

Bail was set at $1,500.

Foster said it appeared that nothing had been taken.
