BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — The Border Patrol agency has taken over the investigation involving a stash house, located off of Squaw Valley street, as they attempt on tracking down the person in charge of running the smuggling ring.

Agents and police officers raided the home on Monday evening after receiving a tip about the home being used and housing illegal immigrants. Authorities reported that nearly 90 individuals were detained, taken into custody and questioned so that investigators may be able to capture the smuggler.
