Border Agents Seize Close to Million Dollars in Marijuana

Border Patrol agents grabbed more than a million dollars worth of marijuana
One big seizure came after agents along the Rio Grande river near Fronton spotted a group of people loading a pickup truck with more than 100 bundles of marijuana. As the agents approached the group the suspects ran off leaving more than 1,200 pounds of marijuana behind. In another case, agents found 7 bundles of marijuana inside a car in Grulla after several suspects abandoned the vehicle as agents approached it.
