Bombing victim to appear in federal court
BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — He's a victim and a suspect, the man seriously injured after a package bomb exploded in his house, was supposed to appear in federal court on Monday.
While his three alleged drug trafficking accomplices made it before the judge, he did not.
Jesus Mauricio Juarez Jr. is accused of drug trafficking the partially unsealed indictment states Juarez conspired to distribute a thousand pounds of marijuana.
His hearing is pending and still no word on who exactly was behind the bomb sent to Juarez in January of this year.
