HIDALGO CITY (NEWS CENTER 23) — Police are attempting to identify the body of man found dead behind the A & V car dealership located on South 23rd. This is the second body found in the area in the last three weeks and police do not suspect foul play in this death and they suspect he could be an undocumented immigrant.
