The newly elected District 27 U.S. Congressman makes a trip to Brownsville to say thank you to supporters at a local restaurant.

Blake Farenthold was at Cobblehead's on Friday evening celebrating his victory over incumbent Solomon Oritz. Ortiz held the position for over 27 years and lost his re-election to the office by 800 votes. Farenthold say's he's ready to get to work when he gets into office.
