Bar owner charged with sex trafficking.

A Mission bar owner was indicted on 10 counts for sex trafficking under age girls, conspiracy, and harboring illegal immigrants.

Beleal Garcia Gonzalez, owner of El Paraiso Bar, was arrested and charged back on January 13th by Immigration and Customs officers. Two women, 22 year-old Elizabeth Mendez-Vasquez and 19 year-old Maria Luisa Vasquez Garcia, were arrested at the time and are undocumented to be in the country. Department of Justice officials reported that at least three minors were forced into prostitution from November to January of this year.

The bar owner and Menedz-Vasquez remain in federal custody without bond and Vasquez Garcia is in custody of the U.S. Marshals awaiting a detention hearing.
