The Ortiz for Congress campaign says a bag of uncounted ballots has been found and were tallied in Corpus Christi on Thursday.

The Ortiz campaign has not thrown in the towel after ballot counting showed his opponent winning over the 27 year incumbent. They say military absentee and other ballots also have not been counted yet, so there can be no winner yet in his bid for re-election as a U.S. Representative.
