BROWNSVILLE - It's every parent's worst fear when a babysitter is accused of molesting a child.

Police have arrested 33 year-old Rosalia Mancilla and charged her with indecency with a child by contact after the child made an outcry to his mother. Police say Mancilla confessed to the allegations that she did touch the child inappropriately and appeared before a judge on Tuesday morning.
