Need donations for rescue.
Baby Mohawk, the dolphin caught in heavy fishing line for over two weeks now, appears to be in good health, but the fishing line is on the sides of the body seem to be starting to cut through the side, and the line on the top of the dorsal fin is cutting downwards, and as it keeps cutting down it will reach into his spine eventually, which has researchers concerned.
The rescue efforts wil cost close to ten thousand dollars, and researchers need donations to cover the cost to rescue baby Mohawk, if you would like to help with donations or volunteer in any way you can contact the South Padre Island Dolphin Research Center at (956) 943-6626 or go to their website at www.spisealife.org
