Florida man's inclusion on the New Hampshire ballot is drawing attention to his fledgling campaign.

You may not have heard his name, but one Jacksonville, Florida man is among the Republican candidates on the New Hampshire primary ballot.

Joe Story had to fill out a one-page form and pay $1,000.

Story calls himself the "Average Joe", and although he hasn't been seen in the cycle of major network coverage during the campaign, he said his phone hasn't stopped ringing.

"Let me tell ya, when your name goes to the top spot of the New Hampshire ballot, people find you," he said.

He said his dream of running for president was born just after the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

"It's been a 10-year ride that culminated in me saying I'm going to do this," he explained.

The New Hampshire Primary will be held on January 10th.

Surprisingly, Story isn't the only candidate from Jacksonville.

Darcy Richardson, a Democrat, is also on the New Hampshire ballot.
