BROWNSVILLE - Fire Marshal's arrested Javier Soliz Martinez on Wednesday at his home and is accused of setting a vehicle on fire three weeks ago.

Investigators say Martinez set a vehicle on fire at the Waterside apartments and a tip linked him to the crime. A surveillance camera from a local Stripes store was used to identify him around the time of the fire. Martinez faced a judge and was assessed a $5,000 dollar bond.
