Fire investigators believe the office that went up in flames on Monday at a shopping center in Harlingen was deliberately set.
Fire Inspector, Jaime Quiroga says arson detecting dogs found evidence that arson played a role in the fire at the Neighborhood Home Health office on Ed Carey drive. Investigators found accelerates in the area such as paper, wood, and sheet rock insulation.
The evidence is now being shipped to the Texas Department of Insurance with the State Fire Marshall's office. Harlingen police are also conducting their own burglary investigation, because windows were broken and some items were reported stolen.
