WESLACO, TX (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — UPDATE: On Monday, McAllen police did arrest the three suspects wanted in the aggravated assault case and addtional charges might be filed against them by McAllen police.

Police are searching for three individuals involved in a aggravated assault of an acquaintance on Saturday afternoon.

The two males and one female pulled up to a home on the 600 block of East Agostadero and assaulted the victim using brass knuckles and a knife.

The victim, 20, was struck multiple times with the brass knuckles and stabbed in his back, side and abodomen and is recovering from his injuries.

Police have issued arrest warrants for the three suspects, Esequiel "Zeke" Rodriguez, 21, Samantha Lee Villarreal, 20, and Christopher L. Brown, 18, all from Weslaco.
