Oregon woman advocates vigilante justice threatening would-be criminals with signs.
(KGW) Neighbors are fed up over the crime in their Clackamas County, Oregon neighborhood, and say they're now forced to carry guns.
"I put up the sign in my window. It reads, 'Glock block, we don't call 911.' Who has time to call anymore?" said resident Coy Rita Tolonen.
Tolonen's statue, worth thousands she said, was grabbed out of her front yard as she watched. She tried to chase the thief, but he got away.
