Apples Big Day
Hundreds line up for new iPhone 4S.
Apple's newest variation of the iPhone made its debut Friday with the 4S.
Eight a.m. brought an end to the anticipation, and for some, the end to a long night in line.
Wider availability and more than a million pre-orders tempered the size of many crowds, but not their enthusiasm.
The new phone even lured Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
He was first in line at in Los Gatos, California.
Apple pre-sold one million units of the 4S in the first 24 hours after its introduction last week, roughly 400,000 more than the original iPhone 4.
