Apple In Mourning
Apple founder & former CEO loses his fight with pancreatic cancer.
A titan of business known for his visionary ideas and brash talks is dead.
Apple co-founder Steve Jobs lost his battle with pancreatic cancer yesterday.
Today the house that Jobs built is in mourning.
Bagpipes echoed outside of Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, California where flags are flying at half staff.
Throughout the night mourners brought flowers to a makeshift memorial where admirers stopped to remember and reflect.
Apple announced Jobs death Wednesday, with his family saying he died peacefully.
Jobs battled pancreatic cancer and underwent a liver transplant in 2009.
Becoming noticeably gaunt, he was forced to take several leaves of absence.
The last time he was seen publicly was at the unveiling of Apple's iPad 2 last June.
He abruptly resigned as the company's CEO just two months later.
