Americans Hoarding Medication, Avoiding Doctor To Save Money

Many Americans are saving money by skipping out on Doctor's visit and medications. A new survey from consumer reports shows that over the past year 60% percent of Americans have missed appointments with their doctors, medical exams, neglected to fill prescriptions or cut pills -- All because of cost. Nearly a third of survey respondents without presription insurance coverage neglected to take at least one dose of medication - - While more than %60 of tyhem skipped at least one doctor's appointment. The report cities soaring healthcare costs and a poor economy as the problem.
