AEP Texas is reporting that almost 200 power outages in the Valley on Thursday morning, a big change since the last cold front last week.

Officials say there weren't as many outages due to warmer temperatures and less precipitation. Last week, over 20,000 people were without power in the Valley and trouble spots have been repaired from last week's big freeze.
