BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — The Brownsville PD. has released the 911 call from the January 11th package bomb that exploded at a home and injuring a family of three, this is the caller who called police for help. Investigators continue to work with the FBI to determine who and where the package came from.
