$5 Million Dollars in Cocaine Seized by Border Agents

A drug detecting dog helped take millions of dollars in cocaine is off the streets.

Customs and Border Protection officers made the bust Wednesday at the Pharr cargo facility. The stash is worth more than $5 million dollars on the street and officers inspecting a flatbed trailer let the narcotic dog sniff the trailer. The dog found the drugs hidden in a shipment of cinder blocks. The driver is a 38 year-old man from Reynosa who is in the custody of ICE agents.
