The State of Texas came out  a big winner in the 2010 Census count.

The report shows the Texas population went up more in the last years, than any other state. Judge Carlos Cascos says that a 20% increase is fanominal. Texas has gained more than 4 million people in the last 10 years. That big increase means, among other things, that the state will get 4 more congressional districts in coming years and bringing the total to 36 representatives in the house.
