$20,000 Dollar Reward Offered for Arrest of Wanted Fugitive

Police are offering one of the largest cash rewards ever for a fugitive on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list.

Police are offering $20,000 dollars this month for information leading to the arrest of 37 year-old Gaspar E. Loya III for parole registration and escape. Loya has previous convictions including murder, assault, indecency with a child by contact, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, obstructing police, burglary of  a habitation, vehicle theft, forgery and DUI.
