Some Senators say virtual fence to costly.

A number of U.S. Senators are saying it's time to stop building the virtual fence along the U.S. and Mexico border. At a Senate Committee hearing on Tuesday, Senator Joe Lieberman and Senator Rolland Burris, say the government should terminate the contract with the Boeing company. The Senators say the project has been slow and expensive, meanwhile, two border sheriff's say more attention is needed along the border, especially with the increased violence in northern Mexico. The Department of Homeland Security is evaluating the plan to monitor some 2,000 miles of the southern border.
